When I first came to your office, I had been experiencing a great deal of discomfort and pain in my neck, shoulders and back. This was caused by a car striking my car. On the left rear side, which threw me the driver sideways into the windshield. I did not require emergency procedures, but I did go to my local medical doctor. Muscle relaxers were prescribed on 2 occasions and an appointment was made with an orthopedic surgeon. Prescriptions had no noticeable effect except to cause a feeling of lethargy, and the orthopedic surgeon just said there was nothing he could do to help. I waited for an improvement in my condition, but it seemed to be getting worse instead of better. At that point I came to you. With my problem, you were the only person involved in this affair who told. Me exactly what had been damaged, what treatment you would provide, and even a healing schedule. Your honesty and openness alone made me feel better, but it wasn't until the first treatment that I could really appreciate your skill. At the time of my first treatment, I was in a great deal of pain, and my back muscles were so contorted I could not stand in my normal posture. I was treated by Doctor Davidson for upper back injuries which resulted from an accident I had at work. He treated me from the end of January until the middle of June and his treatment began daily and then gradually moved into treatments just once a month. I felt results immediately, and I felt as if the care and maintenance given to my injury was more than adequate. Doctor Davidson and his staff treated me during my visits, tested my progress, and gave me instructions for exercise and back maintenance that I could do on my own. Doctor Davidson delivered care to my husband after his automobile accident last March. My husband has been a patient of Doctor Davidson for many years. Doctor Davidson is a very caring and professional chiropractor. He has treated my husband with the utmost concern for his well-being. Doctor Davidson has had several conferences with myself and my husband to discuss the treatment and methods that will be used to help my husband regain proper mobility. After some time with chiropractic treatments, Doctor Davidson was able to correct and relieve pressures on the upper back and neck area for my husband. After a few weeks of treatments, exercises and ultrasound therapy, the lower back problem he had was not getting better. At that time, Doctor Davidson suggested that he see a neurosurgeon who had recommended, after reviewing an MRI, that my husband continue with pool therapy and physical therapy and that he continue to receive his adjustments from Doctor Davidson. After four weeks of physical therapy and chiropractic treatment, the lower back problem still continued. The neurosurgeon had to perform surgery to help correct the problem with a laminectomy and a discectomy. After several months, my husband's pain returned and he had to see Doctor Davidson for additional adjustments and therapy. At this time the problem he had been experiencing with lower back pain has been alleviated. In closing, we would like to say that Doctor Davidson and his staff have proven to be very professional and ethical at all times. I want to tell you how much I appreciate the help you have given me. A person doesn't realize that being able to do the normal chores or errands that everyday life brings are really a blessing. After being very limited to what I could do for nine months, your treatments have made me feel like jumping for joy! I'll start at the beginning, which was in December. I got dizzy and felt like passing out in church. After seeing my regular doctor, who found nothing wrong, he recommended a neurologist. She found an artery problem in which the blood was flowing backwards from my left arm to the brain. Angioplasty was performed. A week later my problem was better but not solved. So I saw my doctor again. He recommended I see another neurologist and an inner ear specialist. After many tests nothing was found to be wrong, so the doctors tried many different medications. Nothing helped. The dizziness and off balance feeling continued to get worse. After yet another visit to my regular doctor, he recommended a trip to the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN. I arrived at Mayo last April. I saw another neurologist and an inner ear specialist there. More tests and nothing found. After returning from Mayo Clinic, I requested to see a doctor in Milwaukee who was supposed to be good at dizziness problems. He also found nothing and put me on medication which didn't help either. I saw yet another neurologist who put me on Valium. This did help some, but the off balance feelings and dizziness never completely went away. After much prodding from my husband and friends to see a chiropractor, I finally did. Within a week of adjustments and treatment from you, I was doing chores around the house that I haven't been able to do. For a long time, every treatment increased my ability to do everyday things. I had been seen by a few different chiropractors in the past and let me tell you I like him the most because he listens to you and he is there for you when you need him. I know someone that got hurt at their place of employment on Friday night and she tried to call a chiropractor under the Network Health Plan on Saturday, but all the doctors under Network were busy or out of the office until the following Monday. Therefore, she had to suffer with the pain until Monday, but if she would have called Doctor Davidson, she would have been seen the same day.

Last year I had a disk that had deteriorated in my lower spine. When the pain struck, I was not totally clear in my mind as to the cause of it. Twice I went to Saint Elizabeth's Hospital emergency room to obtain something for the pain, which did nothing to relieve it. Two days after that, I stopped in at Doctor Davidson's office to see if he could help with my problem. He took X-rays, which revealed the cause of the tremendous pain I was feeling. He started treatment for it immediately. Several days later, I went to see a surgeon on the subject matter. Who told me that I had to live with the pain for at least 8 weeks, which after that period of time the disc generally fuses itself back in place. During the first four weeks of this I saw Doctor Davidson twice a day, Monday and then Friday. And once on Saturday and Sunday morning, he totally went out of his way to help me in every way possible. Very few professional people nowadays will go to that length to help anyone. His treatments and caring helped tremendously.

The best thing I like about Doctor Davidson is that he helped me with my back and neck when I was in so much pain. He listens to me when I have problems and answers questions I have about things.
